Refund & Return Policy

Purpose of This Policy
This policy provides clear, fair guidelines for refunds, returns, and cancellations for both handmade physical items and digital knitting patterns sold through The Gingham Bow LLC.

1. Digital Products (Knitting Patterns)

Digital files cannot be returned once delivered.

All digital pattern sales are final:
• No refunds  
• No exchanges  
• No cancellations  
• Once downloaded, the sale is complete  

This protects the integrity of my original designs and prevents unauthorized use.

2. Handmade Physical Items
------------------------------------------------------------

Each item is crafted with care. Returns are accepted under the guidelines below.

Eligibility for Return:
• Contact must be made within 14 days of delivery  
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition  

Not Eligible for Return:
• Used or washed items  
• Custom or personalized items  
• Sale or clearance items  

Refund Process:
• Refund issued once the item is received and inspected  
• Refund is sent to the original payment method  

Return Shipping:
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs  
• If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, I cover the return or replacement

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
• Contact me within 7 days of delivery  
• Include a clear photo of the issue  

I will offer:
• A replacement OR  
• A refund

4. Exchanges
------------------------------------------------------------

I do not offer direct exchanges.  
Customers may return an eligible item and place a new order.

5. Order Cancellations

Digital Items:
• No cancellations  

Physical Items:
• Cancellations accepted within 12 hours of purchase  

This ensures I do not begin production on an order that will not be completed.
